All Wasteland Builders
High Grade Jay
High Grade Jay, whose previous name has been lost to time, claims to be an architect from before the war (judging by the quality of his builds, we are inclined to believe him).
Jollyny
After leaving vault 76, Jollyny, a marine engineer, went to Summervile to study the consequences of radiation in the rivers and lakes.
Kofi Carter
Kofi Carter started out in the region of New Vegas after having lost his memory in a shooting, where a local doctor helped him and provided him with something called a pipboy from his time in a vault.
Kribz
KribZ, as he is known, was built for wasteland living long before the great war. It is told that before the fallout of the war KribZ was a prominent up cycler
Nick Palmer
A recently released denizen of Vault 76, Nick has always aspired to set his mark upon the wasteland. The son of a humble coal miner and Vault-Tec administrator
Nuka Megs
Megs was only 6 when she entered Vault 76. She lived a very sheltered life before the bombs dropped. Her Mother was a model before Megs was born.
Onyx Nightshade
You might find it down right odd to find a lady wandering around the wastelands wearing a full spacesuit.
Pink Cindie
In the ruins of post-war Appalachia, a legend grew around a woman known only as Pink Cindie. While others built fortresses of steel and concrete, her camps shimmered with a feminine daintiness that felt like something out of a forgotten world.
Rad Rux
One of the things that has been lost to the great war is orginial music. You can still hear the older, pre-war tunes blaring from a speaker box across the wasteland.
SumGuy
SumGuy was always the kind of person no one noticed before the war—quiet, unremarkable, just *some guy* in the background. But in the chaos of post-apocalyptic West Virginia, his talent for going unnoticed became his greatest weapon, allowing him to survive, thrive, and quietly outsmart everyone who underestimated him.
Svetlana
It is said that after everything that happened to Appalachia Svetlana and her husband deeply distrusted people and lived in isolation.
