LOCATION: SAVAGE DIVIDE
NEON HEAP NO. 7
The first time I saw this tower, I could not tell whether it had been built or had simply grown out of a junk pile. Deviant Cat took an old Heap and filled every ledge with salvaged signs, lamps, plants, and rooms.
The lower floor opens into a bright little kitchen and sitting room, while the upper levels hold cramped bedrooms, work corners, and whatever useful pieces she carried home that week. A saxophone shaped light curls up the side, and the old water park sign points toward a place that has not held clean water in years. Somehow every mismatched piece has a purpose.
That is how Deviant Cat works. She does not waste time explaining herself, and she does not build for anyone’s approval. Neon Heap No. 7 is loud enough to be seen through the rain, strong enough to shelter a traveler, and strange enough that most trouble keeps moving down the road.
BUILDER NAME

DEVIANT CAT
Somewhere beyond the tree line, a cracked melody drifted through the wasteland air, and anyone foolish or curious enough to follow it usually found Deviant Cat waiting in the shadows with that painted grin and unreadable eyes. She wasn’t the sort to promise a better future—but every raider camp left burning behind her suggested she meant to make one anyway.
