CHRYSLUS CUSTOM

Rad Rux brought an old dream of the highway into the Ash Heap and called it Chryslus Custom. The low red body carries a long hood, heavy wheels, broad fenders, and enough exposed machinery to suggest there is real power beneath the rust.

Its worn paint, cracked glass, lights, grille, and careful wheel wells make the car feel used instead of displayed. The design sits close to the ground with the posture of a machine built for speed, even though the road beneath it has nearly vanished.

A fine automobile once promised freedom to anybody with fuel and a map. Chryslus Custom keeps that memory alive in steel, and I reckon that is worth something even if the old highways never return.
