Bubble has taken the idea of a harbor a good ways off the water. Updraft Harbor sits along a Toxic Valley cliff, with improvised airships gathered beside its buildings and walkways. One rusty boat carries a whole array of tall bottles above its deck, while another has a lighter frame dressed with balloons.

The little harbor has wooden rooms, glass walkways and work areas fitted around the craft. Up close, the vessels show the ropes, metal frames and salvaged fittings that make them so unusual. Bubble has kept the worn hulls visible rather than hiding them under a new coat of respectability.

A fellow who can fit shrines into scrap can certainly find another use for an old boat. I cannot say I would climb aboard without asking a few questions first, but I can admire the patience in putting these pieces together. The cliff gives his strange fleet plenty of room to be seen.
